Next-Site Vote — FAQ
Servers #1 and #2 each run their own vote for next week's containment site.
Why does the map keep changing?
Each server runs a single fixed site at a time, and that site can change weekly based on community vote. #1 and #2 vote independently — picking a new site for #1 has no effect on #2.
How do I vote?
Use the vote panel above (or the full
Vote page) and pick the site you want for that server. Picking a different site changes your vote — only your latest pick counts. There's no minimum:
a single vote is enough to decide the cycle.
What happens if nobody votes that week?
Each server has its own fallback for a quiet week — either it keeps the current site and restarts the poll, or it simulates a result and switches anyway so the rotation keeps moving. Check the
Config page to see which mode each server is set to.
When does the vote count?
A check runs every Monday morning (07:00 UTC). The week's tally clears right after — there's no carry-over, so each week starts a fresh cycle.
I got disconnected right after a site change — is the server down?
No. Applying a new site means a brief stop/restart of that instance. The server comes back up within a minute or two — just reconnect.
